Early to bed is not possible for some people but it is good if you are take enough sleep by sleeping early but if it's not possible for you to sleep early so atleast sleep in between 12 : 00 to 12 : 30 . This is because we need atleast 4 hrs sleep to repair and prepare our body for next day.

When you put your alarm near your sleepy hand then most possibly you off your alarm. But when your alarm is at some distance then you have no choice but to get up and off your alarm.
