5 Steps To Wake Up Early

   1.   Pre Scheduled Your Morning 

    Actually we are target to only wake up early and destroy our delicious sleep, it's never  work. We          have to schedule our morning  systemically.

   2.   How To Schedule 

   Schedule your morning very precisely and in           possible way and no void in first 5 hrs of  your         morning like when you wake immediately left         your bed and go to wash your face and then start your other work what  you want to do such as           jogging,  studying, etc.

   3.   Early To Bed 

   Early to bed is not possible for some people but     it is good if you are take enough sleep by  sleeping early but if it's not possible for you to sleep early so atleast sleep in between 12 : 00  to  12 :  30 . This is because we need atleast 4 hrs sleep to repair and prepare our body for  next day.

   4.   Put Your Alarm At Some distance 

   When you put your alarm near your sleepy             hand then most possibly you off your alarm.           But when your alarm is at some distance then         you have no choice but to get up and off your           alarm.

   5.   Calling ringtone as a alarm 

   Make calling ringtone as a alarm volume it  will make you unsure that it is a call or an  alarm.
